- Provide instant answers to all queries related to your separation and retiral benefits with IBM
- Provide the status of your full and final settlement (Applicable for India & authenticated users only**)
- Download your Separation Letters & Final settlement Payslip (Applicable for India & authenticated users only**)
- Create a request for a change in Designation (Applicable for India & authenticated users only**)
- Create a ticket for topics that may not be addressed in the bot
** Authenticated users: Talent ID/CNUM available & Personal email id updated in Workday before separation from IBM

FAQ:
- Your Talent ID is your 6 digit IBM Serial number + 3 digit country code available in your past pay statements.
- The Talent ID and your personal email ID registered in Workday (at the time of separation) allows you to get personalised information related to your separation.
- If you do not remember your Talent ID, you can click on ‘Enter as a visitor’ button. Note that you will not be able to use any of the automations in the Alumni Digital Agent, if you enter the Digital Agent as a visitor. The automations are only applicable for India for now.
- • If you do not remember your Personal email id registered in Workday, then create an IBM account with your personal email id and log into the Alumni Digital Agent as a ‘Visitor’ to get a response on general queries. For any employment related specific requests (like Status of FFS, Retrieval of Separation documents, Designation change etc.), you can raise a request here.
